The Young Conservative Network (YCN) is an active and growing organisation for young conservatives in the UK, founded by Harry Buirs following the Conservative Party Conference 2025. It is important to note that this organisation has not closed and continues to operate nationally. YCN is entirely separate from a previous organisation that used the same name, which is no longer active due to a lack of activity.
Since its founding, the Young Conservative Network has focused on building a national platform for young people interested in conservative ideas, providing opportunities to engage where local associations may be limited. Operating independently and without formal affiliation to the Conservative Party, YCN continues to expand its reach through events, digital content, and the launch of its podcast in April 2026. The organisation remains active and is supported by private donations, trusts, and sponsors, enabling its ongoing work to support and grow the youth conservative movement across the UK.
